The short version

1. Acceptance

By using FullArchReplacement.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. “We”, “us” and “our” mean Scout Theory LLC, an Ohio limited liability company operating from Medellín, Colombia.

2. Not medical or dental advice

Everything here is general educational information. It is not a diagnosis, not a treatment recommendation, and not a substitute for examination by a licensed clinician. Using this site or contacting us does not create a doctor–patient or dentist–patient relationship with anyone. Do not delay seeking care, or disregard advice you have been given by a clinician, because of something you read here. If you are having a medical or dental emergency, contact emergency services.

3. Prices are ranges, not quotes

Every figure on this site is a typical 2026 market planning range compiled from published clinic pricing and public cost guides, presented so that you can orient yourself. They are not offers, not quotations, and not guarantees. Your case may fall outside any range shown. Only a licensed clinician who has examined you and reviewed appropriate imaging can tell you what you need or what it will cost. Currency values, exchange rates and market conditions change.

4. We are not a clinic and we do not endorse clinical outcomes

We do not perform, supervise, direct or oversee any treatment. Where we introduce you to a provider, that provider is an independent third party, solely responsible for its own clinical decisions, licensing, insurance, standards of care, pricing and warranties. We make no representation or warranty about any provider’s competence, credentials, availability or results. You are responsible for verifying any provider yourself, including through the REPS, ReTHUS and INVIMA registries in Colombia, or the relevant state, provincial or national licensing board elsewhere.

5. Referral fees and affiliate disclosure

We may receive a referral fee from a clinic if you proceed with treatment after an introduction. Some outbound links are affiliate links that pay us a commission. These arrangements do not increase your price, but they are a commercial interest and you should read the site with that in mind. Our about page sets out the funding model in full.

6. Travelling for treatment: your own risk

Treatment abroad carries risks that treatment at home does not, including limited legal recourse, difficulty obtaining follow-up care, warranty terms that require you to return, currency and travel costs, differing regulatory standards, and complications arising after you have flown home. You alone decide whether to travel, where, and with whom. We are not liable for any consequence of that decision.

7. Third-party links

We link to external sites, registries and resources for convenience. We do not control them and we are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability or privacy practices.

8. Intellectual property

All original text, layout, charts, diagrams and code on this site are the property of Scout Theory LLC. You may quote short extracts with clear attribution and a link. You may not republish substantial portions, scrape the site systematically, or use its content to train commercial models without written permission.

9. Accuracy and availability

We work to keep this site accurate and current, but medicine, regulation and pricing all move. Content is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scout Theory LLC and its officers, members, employees and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or clinical outcome, arising from your use of this site, your reliance on its content, or any treatment you obtain from any provider, whether introduced by us or otherwise. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you have paid us directly (which is ordinarily zero) or one hundred United States dollars.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising out of your use of the site or your breach of these terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts sitting in Franklin County, Ohio, and you consent to that jurisdiction. Nothing here removes any non-waivable consumer right you hold under the law of your own country of residence.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised version. The date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
