What to include
- Which arch or arches, and whether you still have teeth in them.
- Anything you have been told about bone loss or grafting.
- Any quote you already have, with the itemised breakdown if you were given one.
- Your realistic travel window and whether a second trip is possible.
- Health conditions that affect healing: diabetes, smoking, bisphosphonates, blood thinners, autoimmune conditions.
Please do not send x-rays, CBCT files or medical records through the form. If we need to look at imaging we will tell you how to send it securely. Nothing you send us is a substitute for a clinical consultation.
